WARRANTY TERMS

WBS COMPRESSOR PRODUCTS WARRANTY TERMS


1. At WBS TECHNOLOGY, we stand by the quality of our products and offer a comprehensive warranty for a period of 12 months (6 months for rebuilt items), extending up to 2 years from the date of dispatch. Please note that this warranty does not cover any incidental, special or consequential damage caused by improper use or handling of the products.


2. The warranty period commences from the date of sale by WBS TECHNOLOGY's distributor or importer, and evidence of sale should be provided to avail the warranty benefits.


3. In case of any complaints or issues with our products, please report them to our team at kongyaji@vip.sina.com.


4. Our complaint procedure is designed to efficiently handle any grievances and ensure swift resolution for our valued customers. Distributors or importers must notify us about any complaint within 14 days of discovery. This notification should include details such as product reference and name, serial number, date of sale, and high-quality pictures illustrating the problem.


5. Once we receive a complaint, we will investigate the issue within 7 days and send our decision to the distributor or importer. Please note that returned damaged goods cannot be accepted if the complaint procedure is not followed.


6. In exceptional cases, we may request the return of the product under complaint. Otherwise, the product should be stored by the importer or distributor until our representative's visit, not exceeding 12 months.


7. Please note that this warranty is only applicable for WBS TECHNOLOGY's distributors and importers and is limited to the replacement of the purchased parts or devices or credit for these items.


8. Finally, it is important to follow the correct assembly and storage procedures to ensure the validity of the warranty. The warranty does not cover usual wear and tear or damage caused by chemical influences or third-party interventions.
